1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver in the Charlotte, NC + surrounding areas. Free delivery is given within 35 miles of 28215 zip code, delivery fees starts at $25 depending on mileage. Send in an inquiry and we can chat!
2 .Do you require a deposit?
Yes, the total deposit is $150. Of that amount $50 is refundable this is required to secure your booking date + time. The refundable $50 is a cleaning/security deposit which will be held until after your event. Once we receive and inspect the house, it will be refunded as long as the house is in proper condition one business day after pick up. If there is any excessive cleaning from paints/confetti/food etc anything deemed abnormal as stated in your signed waiver for our cleaning crew, the deposit will not be refunded.
3.What if we need to cancel?
If your event is canceled prior to delivery due to inclement weather, we will gladly reschedule your event up to 12 months from your initial event date.
4.Are your bounce houses cleaned?
Yes! We take excellent care of our bounce houses and will always deliver a vacuumed, cleaned and sanitized bounce house to your celebration.
5. What surfaces can accommodate the bounce houses?
We only set up our houses on flat, even surfaces like grass, concrete, turf, and cement. We CANNOT set up on gravel, rocks, uneven surfaces, or dirt. Bounce houses can be used inside!
What are the ‘no, nos’ ?
We have a few HUGE no’s to bouncing. No shoes on. No facepaint, glitter, confetti, silly string or anything similar in or around the bounce house. No sharp objects near or inside the house. No food or drink inside the house. No rough housing or other activities that increase risk of injury. No children bouncing without supervision.
What is the maximum distance from an electrical outlet can the bounce house be set up?
75-100 ft. from the electrical outlet is the maximum distance. What if there is no power source near by? We do offer a Generator at an additional cost. This is a great choice for public locations! Quotes on generator rentals can be given upon request. Please note any permits that may be necessary for having our bounce house in public locations!
7.How Does Delivery Work?
We deliver and set up 30 min - 1 hour before rental start time. If you need special accommodations (ie your rental time starts before your event begins and you want us to wait to set up) we can do our best to accommodate your requests! We begin take down right when your event rental time ends. If you would like us to take down prior, please let us know.
8.How do you clean the houses?
We vacuum and clean with non-toxic commercial grade soap + water after every use. We also sanitize in between uses!
9.Are balloon garlands included?
Balloon arches/garlands are not included in the house rental. We can recommend a few companies to order DIY kits from.
10.Can I add vinyls to the bounce house?
Yes! You are welcome to add vinyls to the house walls. We just ask that you carefully remove them before we come to pick up the bounce house. We would love to recommend a few businesses you can purchase from locally.
